Bruce Leech was admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in December 1993 and took silk in October 2010. His preferred areas of practice include administrative, healthcare, construction, mining and constitutional law. Bruce has appeared in the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, the High Courts, Labour and Labour Appeal Courts, Tax Court, Botswana High Court and Court of Appeals, Competition Tribunal, Appeal Committee and Appeal Board of the Council for Medical Schemes, Appeal Committees for the Pharmacy Act and for the Medicines and Related Substances Act, the Health Professions Council of South Africa and various dispute adjudication boards and arbitration tribunals. Bruce is a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators and regularly sits as an arbitrator. He holds a BA, LLB and a Higher Diploma in Arbitration.
